The first step is to review the EICR observations, classification codes and any limitations. That makes it possible to separate urgent safety work, further investigation and sensible improvements before preparing a clear scope.
Remedial work may range from replacing damaged accessories or correcting protective measures to more involved circuit repairs. The proposed work is explained and quoted separately from the inspection so you can understand what is required and why.
Completed electrical work is inspected and tested as appropriate. The relevant certification or written confirmation is then provided, giving landlords, homeowners or business occupiers a proper record of what has been completed.

These before-and-after photographs show two junction-box defects identified during an EICR and the completed remedial work. In both cases the original enclosure no longer had an effective lid, so the connections were transferred into closed Wiska boxes before the work was inspected and tested.

Yes, subject to reviewing the report and being able to verify the condition and scope on site. Further investigation may be needed before a firm quotation can be given.
A C3 records an improvement recommendation. It does not by itself make the report unsatisfactory, but the recommendation should still be considered in the context of the installation and any planned work.
That depends on the scope completed and whether all observations affecting the outcome have been resolved. The paperwork provided will accurately reflect the work inspected and tested.
